Our COVID 19 Policy

During this unpresented time we will be open for business

We will work as much as possible via a remote connection to your computer.

If however we do need to collect any IT computer equipment the following procedure is in place

  • We will not accept any equipment being dropped off to us
  • Collections will be by appointment only
  • We will call to ask if you have or had any symptoms of COVID 19
  • If  possible could you disinfect or sanitise your equipment before collection
  • We will call you from our vehicle outside your property when we arrive
  • You can then place the equipment outside your front door in a bag if possible
  • Once you have gone back into the house we collect your equipment
  • We will also clean your equipment and will quarantine it for 72 hours before work can start

After the computer equipment is repaired

  • We will contact you to make an appointment
  • When we arrive outside your property we will place your equipment on your doorstep
  • We will return to our vehicle and call you
  • We will stay outside until you have collected your equipment.

We will wear gloves and use hand sanitiser when we return your equipment

Your equipment will be sanitised and returned in a plastic bag
